Eric Floyd was arrested in Philadelphia on May 7, 2008, and charged in the shooting death of police officer Stephen Liczbinski during a bank robbery. After a four day manhunt, Floyd was found in an abandoned home after a tipster's call to authorities. At the time, the reward for Floyd's capture was $150,000.

When Floyd was taken into custody, he was wearing Liczbinski's handcuffs. Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey said it was an effort "to pay tribute to the slain officer."

The 33-year-old Floyd was the third and final suspect in the case. Suspect Howard Cain was shot and killed by police, and Levon Warner was taken into custody the day after the deadly holdup.
